We drive you from us, whoever you may be, unclean spirits, Satanic powers, infernal invaders, wicked legions, assemblies and sects. In the name and by the virtue of Our Lord Jesus Christ, +may you be snatched away and driven from the Church of God, and from the souls redeemed by the Precious Blood of the Divine Lamb +. Cease by your audacity, cunning serpent, to delude the human race, to persecute the Church, to torment God's elect, and to sift them as wheat +. This is the command made to you by the Most High God, + with Whom, in your haughty insolence, you still pretend to be equal, + the God "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth." God the Father commands you; +God the Son commands you; + God the Holy Ghost commands you +. Christ commands you, the Eternal Word of God made Flesh; He Who to save our race, out-done through your malice, “humbled Himself, becoming obedient unto death.” He who has built His Church upon the firm rock and declared that the gates of Hell shall not prevail against her, because he dwells with her, “all days, even to the consummation of the world.” The hidden virtue of the Cross requires it of you as does also the power of the mysteries of the Christian Faith +. The glorious Mother of God, the Virgin Mary, commands you; + she who by her humility and from the first moment of Her Immaculate Conception crushed your proud head. The faith of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul commands you +. The blood of the martyrs and the pious intercession of the saints command you +.

Thus, cursed dragon, and you, wicked legions, we adjure you by the living God, + by the God who “so loved the world, as to give His only-begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in Him, may not perish, but may have life everlasting.” Cease deceiving human creatures, and pouring out to them the poison of eternal perdition; cease harming the Church and harming her liberty. Retreat, Satan, inventor and master of all deceit, enemy of man's salvation. Cede the place to Christ, in Whom you have found none of your works. Cede the place to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, acquired by Christ at the price of His Blood. Stoop beneath the all-powerful hand of God, tremble and flee at the evocation of the holy and terrible Name of Jesus, this Name which causes Hell to tremble, this Name to which the Virtues, Powers, and Dominations of heaven are humbly submissive, this Name which the Cherubim and Seraphim praise unceasingly, repeating: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord, the God of hosts.

Salt is blessed if this has not been done beforehand

[Priest] Let us pray.

Almighty and everlasting God, we humbly implore Thee, in Thine immeasurable kindness and love, to bless + this salt, which Thou hast created and given to the use of mankind, so that it may become a source of health for the minds and bodies of all who make use of it. May it rid whatever it touches or sprinkles of all uncleanness, and protect it from every assault of evil spirits. Through Christ our Lord.

Exorcism and Blessing of the Water:

O water, creature of God, I exorcise thee in the name of God the Father + almighty, and in the name of Jesus + Christ His Son, our Lord, and in the power of the Holy + Ghost. I exorcise thee so that thou may put to flight all the power of the enemy, and be able to root out and supplant that enemy with his apostate angels: through the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will come to judge the living and the dead, and the world by fire.
[All] Amen.

[Priest] Let us pray.

O God, for the salvation of mankind, Thou didst build Thy greatest mysteries on this substance, water. In Thy kindness, hear our prayers, and pour down the power of Thy blessing + into this element, made ready for many kinds of purifications. May this, Thy creature, become an agent of divine grace in the service of Thy mysteries, to drive away evil spirits and dispel sickness, so that everything in the homes and other buildings of the faithful that is sprinkled with this water may be rid of all uncleanness, and freed from every harm. Let no breath of infection, no disease-bearing air, remain in these places. May the wiles of the lurking enemy prove of no avail. Let whatever might menace the safety and peace of those who live here be put to flight by the sprinkling of this water, so that the health obtained by calling upon Thy holy name may be made secure against all attack. Through Christ our Lord.
[All] Amen.

The priest adds blessed salt to the water in the form of a cross:

May a mixture of salt and water now be made, in the name of the Father, and of the + Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
[All] Amen.

[Priest] The Lord be with you.
[All] And with thy spirit.
[Priest] Let us pray.

O God, Creator unconquerable, invincible King, Victor ever-glorious, Thou hold in check the forces bent on dominating us. Thou overcome the cruelty of the raging enemy. In Thy power, Thou beat down the wicked foe.  Humbly and fearfully do we pray to Thee, O Lord, and we ask Thee to look with favor upon this salt and water which Thou didst create. Shine on it with the light of Thy kindness. Sanctify it by the dew of Thy love, so that, through the invocation of Thy holy name, wherever this water and salt is sprinkled, it may turn aside every attack of the unclean spirit, and dispel the terror of the poisonous serpent. And, wherever we may be, make the Holy Ghost present to us who implore Thy mercy. Through Christ our Lord.
[All] Amen.
