Tom, a truly legendary N.Y.P.D. detective, will be remembered as one of New York's finest street cops, serving in the 25th Pct. For 14 years, and the 84 Pct. Detective Squad until retirement. Upon retirement, Tom relocated to Highland Beach, FL with his wife Kathy, where he continued his avocation as a fisherman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and a member of the Retired Detectives of New York, the Fraternal Order of Police, the International Police Association, the D.E.A. of the NYPD, the NYPD Emerald Society, the Broward County 10-13 Club, the Pompano Elks Lodge #1898. and HAGS Dixieland Jazz Society. A devout communicant of Our Lady of the Rosary Old Roman Catholic Church, Tom served as an usher at Sunday Mass. Renowned for his NYPD "cop stories", Tom had a heart of gold to all!
